Refund and Returns Policy

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return.

To accept a return:
- The product must be unused
- It must retain its original packaging
- It must not show damage caused by the customer

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a logistical error or defective product.
